House Arrest

 
Electronic Monitoring/House Arrest/Intermediate Punishment
 
A sentence in which the offender is required to wear or carry an electronic device which transmits the offender's location to a receiver maintained by criminal justice personnel. The offenders are confined to their own residence except for pre-approved excursions for medical treatment, employment, performance of community service work, drug/alcohol treatment or counseling and religious functions.
  • DDS/DUI IP/EM: Sentenced by the Court to a term of incarceration that has been deferred pending your approval by the Probation/Parole Office to serve the sentence on Intermediate Punishment (IP) on House Arrest/Electronic Monitoring.
